Busy Day of Engagements

Some of our SNT today have had a busy day of engagements today. 

👮👮 PCSO's  Anwar and Bell started their shift with a job fair event at Green Bank Leisure centre.

👮‍♀️👮‍♀️Our Youth Engagement team have been at a Careers event at Mercia Academy talking about their role and the various roles within the police to years 10 and 11 pupils.                                

👮‍♀️👮👮 PCSO's  Anwar, Bell and PCSO Supervisor held a crime prevention and Hate crime awareness event this lunch time with the Community Safety officer from @southderbyshiredc  during the event many local residents attended and were given Crime prevention advice and items to help them. Having both Police and Council officers present to listen to local concerns meant we were able to provide the correct advice on the spot and quickly refer the concern to the correct agency/department. We will be holding more joint events in the near future and will advertise them prior.
